2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

When you book a session:

Full name, email address, time zone, and any information you voluntarily provide in booking notes.

When you visit the site:

IP address, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent, referring URL. We do not collect payment card details — these are processed entirely by the payment processor. We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what you voluntarily share in sessions.

3. HOW WE COLLECT IT

Cal.com is used for booking and scheduling and is subject to Cal.com's own privacy policy. WordPress and Hostinger collect standard server logs automatically on site visit. Google Meet is used to deliver online sessions and is subject to Google's privacy policy. Payments are processed through a Ukrainian acquiring system in UAH with automatic currency conversion, subject to the processor's own privacy policy.

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We process your personal data on the following legal grounds. Contract performance — processing your name, email, and time zone is necessary to book and deliver your session. Legal obligation — retaining transaction records as required by Ukrainian tax and accounting law. Legitimate interests — server logs for site security and performance. Consent — for any communications beyond direct service delivery.

5. WHY WE COLLECT IT

We use your data only for processing and confirming your session booking, delivering the service you purchased, sending session reminders and follow-up communications directly related to your booking, and complying with Ukrainian legal and accounting obligations. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 6.

6. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

We share minimal data only with the following service providers, strictly for service delivery: Cal.com for scheduling and booking management, Hostinger for website hosting and server infrastructure, Google Meet for session delivery, and our Ukrainian payment acquiring system for payment processing. All third-party providers handle your data under their own privacy policies and applicable law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Life Script Hacker is registered in Ukraine and serves clients globally. Your data may be processed in Ukraine and in countries where our third-party service providers operate, including the United States where Google and Cal.com servers may be located. Cross-border transfer of personal data is permitted under Ukrainian law where the data subject gives unambiguous consent or where transfer is necessary to perform a contract with the data subject. By booking a session, you consent to this transfer as necessary to deliver the service. For EU and EEA clients: we process your data in accordance with GDPR principles including lawfulness, transparency, data minimization, and purpose limitation.

8. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Booking and session records are retained for 3 years as required for Ukrainian accounting compliance. Email communications are retained for 2 years. Server logs are automatically deleted after 90 days. Payment transaction records are retained as required by Ukrainian tax law. Under Ukrainian law, you will be informed within 10 business days of any amendment, deletion, or destruction of your personal data.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access a copy of data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, to request deletion where no legal obligation requires retention, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to request your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. EU and EEA residents have these rights under GDPR. UK residents have these rights under UK GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA — we do not sell personal data. Ukrainian residents have these rights under the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection. To exercise any right, contact helphere@lifescripthacker.com. We will respond within 30 days.

10. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We only send emails directly related to your booking or sessions. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by contacting helphere@lifescripthacker.com. Processing will stop immediately upon request.

11. COOKIES

This site uses essential cookies required for site function including session management and security. These cannot be disabled without affecting site functionality. We do not currently use analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not run advertising of any kind. Cookies requiring consent may only be placed after you have had the opportunity to read this privacy policy and provided consent.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact helphere@lifescripthacker.com immediately and we will delete it.

13. SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data including HTTPS encryption on all pages and access controls on hosting infrastructure. No internet transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.

14. SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

Ukrainian residents may lodge a complaint with the Authorized Human Rights Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding personal data processing. EU and EEA residents may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current version will always be available at lifescripthacker.com/privacy-policy. The Last updated date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
