1. WHO THESE TERMS APPLY TO

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of lifescripthacker.com and the purchase of any services offered by Life Script Hacker, operated by Alexander Brainhart, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this site or purchase services.

2. THE SERVICES

Life Script Hacker offers the following online personal development services, delivered via Google Meet: Discovery Session — $47 / 60 minutes. Identification of the specific Life Script pattern running in a defined life area based on your request. Change Script Session — $57 / 80 minutes. Removal of a single harmful program identified at the Discovery Session. Change XL Script Session — $67 / 90 minutes. Removal of a deeply rooted or complex branch of programs. 10-Day Healing Cycle — $397 / 10 days. Intensive energetic clearing of accumulated programs, karmic load, and resistance to change. May be used as preparation before script removal or recalibration after. All sessions are conducted online. No in-person services are offered. Services are available in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Sessions are booked via Cal.com using the booking links provided on lifescripthacker.com. Payment is processed through a Ukrainian acquiring system. Transactions are accepted in UAH with automatic currency conversion from any currency at the time of payment. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email from Cal.com with your session details.

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge, using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. The session will be treated as delivered. No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

5. REFUND POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with a session, you may request a refund within 10 minutes of the session ending by contacting helphere@lifescripthacker.com. Refund requests made after this window will not be accepted. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. The 10-Day Healing Cycle is non-refundable once the cycle has begun.

6. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Life Script Hacking is a personal development methodology combining energetic work, root-cause pattern identification, and behavioral integration. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatry, psychology, medical treatment, or counseling of any kind. Life Script Hacker does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, medical condition, or disease. Sessions are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If you are currently under the care of a mental health or medical professional, continue that care. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis helpline in your country. Results described on this website and in client cases reflect individual outcomes. Results are not guaranteed. Sustainable change requires your active participation, honest engagement with the process, and consistent implementation of the Integration Plan provided after sessions.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to engage with the session process honestly and openly. You agree to implement the Integration Plan issued after your session to the best of your ability. You understand that the program may return one to three times after removal as a test, and that your response to those test situations determines whether the change holds. You understand that Life Script Hacking is a collaborative process. Alexander Brainhart delivers the session work. You are responsible for applying it in your life. Neither party can guarantee outcomes — the process requires both.

8. CONTRAINDICATIONS

Do not book a session if you are currently experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms, psychosis, or a mental health crisis. Do not book if you are under the influence of substances at the time of the session. Do not book if you are under 18 years of age. If you are unsure whether these services are appropriate for your current situation, contact helphere@lifescripthacker.com before booking.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on lifescripthacker.com including text, methodology descriptions, terminology, session frameworks, and the Life Script Hacking methodology itself is the intellectual property of Alexander Brainhart. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

All session content is strictly confidential. Alexander Brainhart will not share details of your sessions with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Client case studies published on this site are fully anonymized. Names, locations, and identifying details are changed. No real client is identifiable from any published case. You agree not to record sessions without prior written consent from Alexander Brainhart.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Life Script Hacker and Alexander Brainhart are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of these services or this website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session from which the claim arises. We are not responsible for outcomes, decisions, or actions you take as a result of session work.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall first be addressed through direct communication at helphere@lifescripthacker.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine. For clients in the European Union: nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version will always be available at lifescripthacker.com/terms. The Last updated date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or purchase of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
